I really cannot believe it has been a whole month since the first ever #FeelGoodLinky opened. Time is just passing way too quickly for my liking.
We had some great posts linked up last month, here are a few of my favourites.
Lisa, from The Squishable Baby, linked up her amazing post detailing the benefits of low carb living. Lisa lives a ketogenic lifestyle whereby she eats very few carbohydrates but her diet is mostly protein and fats. So concentrate on veggies and meat and butter. I don’t pretend to know all the details but her post explains it all perfectly, and her abs are to die for!
Another Keto Diet post is from Midlife Singlemum, who muses about the differences between a Vegans and Ketos based on her own research. She is giving the ketogenic diet with intermittent fasting a go.
Following on from the previous two Keto Diet posts, I have another one. Perhaps it’s a testament to how well this diet works. Chammy IRL, tells us about her success with a keto lifestyle along with some beautifully prepared, and rather tasty looking, meals.
For something a little bit different to finish off, my co-host, Sim from Sim’s Life, tried her hand at boxing. Her experience was a positive one and she’s even gotten herself some rather fetching Adidas boxing gloves.
Now onto this month’s #FeelGoodLinky. The rules are the same as last month, but just to recap…
- You can include as many links as you wish, however, we recommend that you space your links out and don’t add them all at the same time. (The reason for this will become clear).
- You include the badge each month on at least one of your linked up posts. (You can include it in all of them if you like!)
- Please comment on both hosts’ posts and we ask kindly that you spread the Feel Good love and comment on other posts linked up. Support is key for any feel good journey!
