I’ve had a bit of a break from posting about my weight loss… mainly because it hasn’t been going too well and I have been a little busy… well very busy really. But I’m back for week 20 of my weight loss journey and I am pleased to report that all is right with the world.
My last weight loss post was way back on the 29th April. Where was I then?
WEIGHT: 17st 8.8lb (112kg)
I had lost 2.4lb that week… a fair loss I would say but it didn’t really get any better.
My next weigh in on the 6th May yielded these results:
WEIGHT: 17st 12.6lb (113.7kg)
CHANGE: +3.8lb (+1.7kg)
TOTAL LOST: 25.4lb (11.5kg)
Not so bad really…. Considering on the 13th May I saw this:
WEIGHT: 17st 10.8lb (112.9kg)
CHANGE: -1.8lb (0.8kg)
TOTAL LOST: 27.2lb (12.3kg)
Today I am thrilled:
WEIGHT: 17st 6.8lb (111kg)
CHANGE: -4.0lb (1.8kg)
TOTAL LOST: 31.2lb (14.2kg)
I am officially the lightest I have been for 8 years…. Squeeeeee! And my target of 15st 10lb or 99.8kg is still perfect attainable… I am no longer hoping to get to 17st exactly by my birthday (it’s only 9 days away now) but I’m hoping it won’t be too far away next week.
I’m not writing up my meal plan Monday this week because I can’t remember what I have got planned but I’m looking forward to eating healthy and losing some weight this week.
